Our Story

Leanne and I formed Houseclub in 2016 with myself having worked on the high street for a corporate estate agent for 15 years.

I had built a reputation locally as being someone who really created personal relationships with my clients and had a real interest in seeing them buy or sell in as stressless a way as possible. As the industry changed, the environment I worked in became less and less about the customer and more and more about cost savings and outsourcing work to departments in other cities which diluted the relationships we were working so hard to build in the office. I was having to recommend solicitors and other associate firms who I knew wouldn’t deliver the level of service I would want to provide myself. 

We decided we could do it a better way. We could create our own Estate Agency which truly put the client first. So that is what we did.

Since formation in 2016 Houseclub has not only become one of the top selling agents in North Lancashire and South Cumbria, we have also built a reputation for outstanding customer service. Nowhere is this highlighted more than in our client testimonials along with the awards we have won in that time. Having been voted best Estate Agent in the North West on multiple occasions at the ESTAs National Estate Agency of the Year awards, our customer satisfaction rating through this period has been over 99% and that is something of which we are very proud.

We continue to sell hundreds of homes every year. Where we differ from many other agencies is that we not only sell but we continue to provide outstanding customer service. We only recommend clients to associate firms (solicitors, mortgage advisors, photographers, energy assessors) that we know can deliver the same service level clients would expect from ourselves.
