Houseclub offer a strict no sale no fee service for estate agency. No charges would apply. We don't ask for anything up front (unless you need our assistance obtaining an EPC) or anything if you withdraw from sale. If you are considering other agents we'd suggest checking their terms carefully.

Houseclub generally work on a 12 week contract which can be terminated by either party with 14 days notice.

Our appointment times can generally be flexible with sufficient notice. Some of our appointment times are outside of working hours.

Upon successful introduction of a buyer who proceeds to completion, until then Houseclub won’t charge you a penny. Upon completion your invoice will be sent to your solicitor for payment generally from the proceeds of your sale.

No. Houseclub will run all of the required online AML checks at no cost to you, our client.

The EPC is transferable and valid for ten years. There is a national database where the EPC can readily be found. If there is one available, we can find it and upload it with no work required from you.
