This past Friday, the 14th October, Houseclub managed to secure Best Estate Agency in the North West of England for the sixth successive year at the ESTAs National Estate Agent of the Year customer service awards.

The event is hosted by Location, Location, Location host Phil Spencer and is seen by many as the pinnacle within the industry as they are voted upon by customers rather than a committee or voting panel. 

Managing Director John Harrison who sadly couldn’t attend this year due to Coronavirus said: “I am absolutely delighted that this fantastic team has again been recognised by winning such a prestigious award. Our mission statement is essentially to make the journey as smooth and stress free as possible for both buyers and vendors and this is testament to the effort we put in to try and create that environment. To have now won this award six years in succession shows our consistency. The past few years have been very difficult with wild market conditions and the backdrop of a global pandemic but we set out to keep our standards high and have succeeded in doing so. We look forward to continuing to offer honest and professional advice in the hope we can help more clients achieve their home moving goals in what look to be slightly different market conditions.”

The awards were held at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London and were attended on behalf of the team by Alex Rogers, Max Mcillmurray, Sarah Haley and Mollie Stalker (pictured).
